Opponent: ireny-octs

I had an outline for this round months ago. Then art boot camp happened, followed by some serious family stuff, and in the end just finishing is what I consider a significant personal accomplishment. It’s not my best work. But it’s done.

I scrapped everything I’d had before and did the entire thing without a formal outline. It’s not how I usually work, but given my state of mind I think it was what worked out best. Now that I step back and look at it, it seems like a lot of my thoughts and emotions from this summer worked their way into this round. _{It’s definitely a lot more depressing than the original draft, that’s for sure.}

Things that didn’t make it into the final draft:
-Scarlette having a fangirl fit upon meeting Aras
-general Lee/Ireny/Scarlette/Jay shenanigans that didn’t fit the mood of the round
-Sundog chasing Zozo around the Facility
-awkward Aras-Bellasseau reunion
-Lee, Ireny, and Scarlette accidentally landing in Keis
-all the Facility staff being chewed out by the contestants for being too apathetic/airheaded to question all the weird shit that was going down in their workplace
